Step 1 At first we need perfectly clean / prepare the surface for subsequent application of the protective layer using a wide range of carefully selected cleaning products containing specially developed synthetic additives that emulsify coarse dirt and thus prevent surface scratching and the formation of undesirable holograms. The application of decontamination products is essential, which ensures perfect adhesion of subsequent protective layers.
Step 2 From previously untreated surfaces, we recommend machine polishing / resurfacing with specially developed polishing agents to remove fine scratches, matt stains, oxidation and holograms.
Step 3 Subsequently, we apply special protective layers (sealants) designed for the aerospace industry composed of silicon nanoparticles in a synthetic polymer. We combine sealants for use specifically on glossy or matte surfaces to preserve their originally intended effect. These sealants do not contain abrasives, waxes, teflon or silicone. They are designed for both composite and metal surfaces, specially designed to handle extreme temperature fluctuations, so they are also designed for jets.
